I’m really excited about this women only course. As someone who can get nervous trying a new class or gym I know it can really stop people meeting their goals. This is why I wanted to wrap up some of the most popular activities into one parcel that you try once, without the worry of going again or admitting it’s not for you! Our ethos at I Can Run is that everyone is welcome, whatever their age, size, experience and background and this is the same for I Can Run JANUARY. All abilities, all bodies and all experiences are welcome and our experienced instructors will ensure that you feel good whilst practicing and won’t be expecting anyone to be an expert.

An exciting mix of activity from popular local fitness providers, hand picked by yours truly! All instructors will provide cards and leaflets so if you want to join them on a regular basis then you can :-)

Tuesday 8th January: 7.30pm - 8.30pm - ‘Running Technique for all with Jen’. Suitable for runners, nearly runners and non runners there will be tips and a whole lot of movement to kick start your January as you mean to go on! Haven't run a step since school? Don't worry you'll be amazed at what you achieve at this session! …(Please wear trainers and a sports bra if you have one and comfortable clothes)

Tuesday 15th January: 7.30pm - 8.30pm - ‘Yoga with Noelle’. Dip your toe into Kundalini yoga - a powerful practice that will increase vitality, strengthen the body and clarify and uplift the mind. Just what we need to get through winter…(please wear comfortable clothes, barefoot, or with socks. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one)

Tuesday 22nd January: TWO SESSIONS 7pm - 8pm and 8pm - 9pm - ‘Pilates with Helen’ - A chance to try Pilates with an experienced practitioner. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. (please bring a yoga mat if you have one)

Tuesday 29th January: 7.45pm - 8.45pm - ‘Zumba with Sarah’ - Giving us the opportunity to try in our safe space before venturing into a big group, Zumba - the dance fitness class that is fun, energetic and makes you feel amazing!! It’s a total body dance workout, combining all elements of fitness that’s so much fun you don’t realise you are exercising!

Tuesday 5th February: 7.30pm - 8.30pm - ‘Core Club with John Reynolds’ - A exclusive step into understanding and engaging our core, improving our posture and reaching our goals. (comfortable clothes and trainers needed, barefeet are welcome too)

Tuesday 12th February: 7.30pm - 8.30pm - ‘Crossfit and Conditioning with Vic and Sarah’ - Vic and Sarah are ‘This Girl Can Ambassadors’ and will be bringing their energy and enthusiasm to finish our 6 weeks of movement with a bang with a mixture of cardio, strength and gymnastics (don’t be scared!!) and just like all our other sessions, will be suitable for everyone.
